If you are using Twitter, make sure to send out your tweets multiple times during the day. Since there is so much noise on Twitter, you want to make sure that you are getting in front of your followers. And what you can do is either use a slightly modified version of your tweet, or you can take the same tweet and tweet it out, maybe once in the morning and once later on in the evening, very few days.
If you have evergreen content, which is basically content that is always going to be relevant. You might want to schedule that out a few times through out the month or year.
Another thing that you can do is retweet yourself. You can wait a few days and go ahead and look for your tweet and retweet it out to your followers again.
