Hank’s Marketing and Business Tip #33: Thank you

Transcription:

This is Hank Hoffmeier with a marketing and business tip.

When it comes to business in today’s age, we are all using digital technology. We are using cell phones, iPads, computers, websites and many other technologies that take us away from face-to-face or verbal, maybe even written communication.

It is very important that every now and then you do some type of written recognition. Whether is is a thank you for an employee or maybe a thank you card that goes out to your customers or potential customers, trust me, writing a handwritten note or handwritten card can go along way.

Make sure to do this every now and then. Post a reminder to write these thank you or notes of gratitude to your customers employees at least once a month. They will be grateful and it will help build a stronger relationship.
