Hank’s Marketing and Business Tip #77: My Flow

Transcription:

Hank Hoffmeier here with Hank’s marketing and business tips.

Today I would like to just inform you about how I prepare and record my tips. I record these on the fly, without a script. I tend to have my best thoughts, ideas and innovations when I’m just talking off the top of my head. I do not write a script, or read from a script, or try not to, because I feel that is not the genuine Hank Hoffmeier. One thing is very important in business and life in general is to be genuine. If someone does not like you because you are genuine, then that is their loss. You should not have to change who you are to be perceived as someone you are not, or try to become liked or consumed.

Hopefully like this format. I tend to transcribe them using a couple pieces of technology. It is not always perfect. I know some people that write out their scripts ahead of time and that is the transcript, and then they read from it. I do not like that flow. So, this is how I record my tips. I thought I would let you know. There are times there is some rambling, especially when I am talking to other people, like when I talk to guests on the show. I tend to go on and on. But that is just me.

Do you like it? I would like to know. Let me know by commenting on my blog posts, because these are turned into blog post as well as posted on iTunes. So, you can go to HankHoffmeier.com/Alexa and comment on specific posts, or you can send me a message on social media.

I definitely like some feedback on how it’s going since I am bout 70 episodes in, just to see how well were doing. The numbers look pretty good as far as people listening, so, hopefully you guys are receiving value from this. Provide feedback if you can, otherwise just keep listening and I will keep recording.

Thank you.
