This is Hank Hoffmeier with a marketing and business tip for you today.
When is the last time that you had an excuse? Especially when it comes to business. What is your last excuse that you did not get something done, did not complete something, or something didn’t sell? Did you have a plan? If not, you might want to think about that for the future.
Most people have excuses, but they don’t have a plan. If you have a plan, you should have a roadmap to success. You should be able to overcome obstacles and find reasons to overcome any possible excuses that you will have. Make sure that you are planning for success, and that you are thinking about things that can happen that would challenge you, or pose an issue, or problem, therefore you can put that plan into place and have alternate versions of what your roadmap or plan looks like to get around those excuses, this way you do not have to make them anymore.
Remember, motivation is key, but discipline is what is more important because motivation is short-lived and you want to make sure that you are disciplined enough follow your plan through and have alternatives to possible challenges.
I hope that was inspiring to help you develop more of a plan when it comes to either marketing, running your business, budgeting, or anything. You can even relate that to your personal life as far as exercise or eating healthy. So make sure that you have a plan so that you do not end up having excuses.
