2. Billing and Payment Terms

All invoicing and payment processing are managed securely through Wave.

  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due upon receipt of the Wave invoice unless alternative milestone terms are explicitly defined in your service agreement.

  • Late Payments: Work may be temporarily paused if an invoice remains unpaid past its due date, protecting the operational balance of the project.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of strategic consulting, coaching, and execution services, fees paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.

3. Automated Communications and Consent

By providing your contact information via our landing pages, contact forms, or opt-in boxes, you grant express consent to receive automated marketing emails, transactional updates, and text messages from Hank Hoffmeier LLC.

  • Data Usage: We treat your information like a trust deposit. We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

4. Client Obligations for Marketing Assets

If we build landing pages, deploy email marketing automations, or set up lead acquisition funnels for your service business, you maintain sole legal responsibility for the compliance of your own business data operations. This includes maintaining proper sender authentication protocols and honoring customer opt-outs within your own systems.

5. Limitation of Liability

Hank Hoffmeier LLC provides high-impact marketing frameworks designed to maximize sales conversions. However, business metrics rely heavily on external market forces, your sales team’s follow-up speed, and overall operational execution. Hank Hoffmeier LLC is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from platform down-time, algorithm changes, or transactional shifts on third-party applications.
